M&P Hybrid Slide Package
Please Note: This is a machining service performed on a customer-supplied slide. No slide is included.
Customer-supplied slides must not have front serrations or a Top Loaded Chamber Indicator (LCI).
The Agency Arms M&P Hybrid Slide Package is designed to provide the ideal balance of weight reduction and performance. Featuring a single top window, the Hybrid configuration offers the best overall weight balance of the Agency Arms M&P slide packages when paired with a Trijicon RMR optic.
Each slide package includes precision machining, optic-ready capability, premium components, and a complete slide refinish.

- Hybrid slide machining
- RMR footprint optic cut (standard) (not available on M&P Shield models)
- Agency Arms Battle Plate to protect the optic cut when an optic is not installed
- Agency Arms slide cover plate (back plate)
- Dawson Precision sights (not included on M&P Shield models)
- Titanium mounting screws for the Battle Plate
- Complete slide refinishing
Optic Compatibility
The package includes an RMR footprint optic cut by default.
M&P Shield models are not available with an optic cut.
Trijicon SRO Compatibility
If you plan to install a Trijicon SRO, the rear sight dovetail must remain behind the optic cut to ensure proper clearance.
Compatibility Requirements
Customer-supplied slides must:
- Not have factory or aftermarket front serrations
- Not have a Top Loaded Chamber Indicator (LCI)

Suppressor Height Sights
The included Dawson Precision sights are designed for the standard configuration.
If you plan to run suppressor-height sights, a custom sight set will be required. Please contact Agency Arms for additional information.
Warranty Notice
Damage resulting from improper sight installation using an MGW Sight Pusher is not covered under warranty.
Cerakote Finish Disclaimer
Slight variations in color and shade are a normal part of the Cerakote process and can occur from one application to another. Custom camouflage patterns are applied by hand making each finish unique, no two patterns will ever be exactly the same.
If you’re ordering a custom Cerakote finish, we strongly encourage you to include reference photos. Our Cerakote applicators will use these images, along with any requested color codes, as a guide and will make every effort to achieve the desired look. However, because Cerakote is a handcrafted process, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
By placing a custom Cerakote order, you acknowledge and accept that minor variations in color, pattern, and overall appearance are normal and are part of what makes each finish one of a kind.
