Agency Arms specializes in modifying customer-owned pistols. Our process is simple:
First, complete a Work Order online and select your preferred payment method. We also offer a 50/50 payment plan.
Once your Work Order has been submitted, ship your firearm via UPS or FedEx using two-day shipping or faster to:

Once we receive your firearm, it will be logged into our system and disassembled for inspection. Any aftermarket parts or accessories that need to be removed will be placed in a bag and kept with your firearm.
Within approximately 1–2 days, our team will contact you to review and confirm the details of your build. Once everything has been confirmed, we’ll get your build started.
RETURN POLICY
Please review the product description before purchasing, as some items are sold as-is and are not eligible for returns.
Returns must meet the following requirements:
- New, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items showing any signs of use, wear, or installation cannot be returned.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days and issued to the original form of payment.
- If the return is not the result of an Agency Arms error, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

ORDER CANCELLATION FEE
Orders placed using a credit card that are cancelled after the order has been submitted will be subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
This fee covers the merchant processing charges incurred when the original order is placed.
